Please read these terms of service very carefully before registering for the Melelem, Inc. ("Melelem") website and Service. These terms of service ("Agreement") govern you accessing content and using www.Melelem.ai and its affiliate's web sites and mobile applications. This Agreement between you ("you") and Melelem, is subject to change by us as described below. By clicking the "I Accept" button, checkbox, or other mechanism to signal assent, or by using the Site, you (i) accept this Agreement; (ii) agree to be bound by these terms and conditions; and (iii) have entered into a binding agreement between you and Melelem.

1. This website, along with any mobile application associated with the website are collectively referred to as the "Site" and are owned and operated by Melelem, Inc. (referred to as "Melelem" herein). The Site, its content ("Content") and the Melelem Generative AI Platform service ("Service(s)") may only be accessed in accordance with this Agreement. Any violation of the copyright in the Content or these terms and conditions may be enforced by Melelem or the copyright owner to the fullest extent allowed by law.
2. As part of your use of the Service, you may provide input ("Input") and then receive an output from the Services based on your Input ("Output"). To the extent permitted by applicable law, You shall retain ownership of the Input and Melelem shall retain ownership of the Output. You acknowledge that due to the nature of artificial intelligence, output of the Services may not be unique to you and other users may receive similar outputs. By using the Services, you acknowledge and agree that Output may not always be accurate, and you should not rely on such Output from the Services as your sole source of fact and/or as a substitute for professional advice or information.
3. Artificial intelligence and machine learning are rapidly evolving fields of study. Melelem is constantly working to improve its Services to make them more accurate, reliable, safe, and beneficial. Given the probabilistic nature of machine learning, use of the Services may, in some situations, result in Output that does not accurately reflect real people, places, or facts. Users must evaluate Output for accuracy and appropriateness for their use case, including using human review as appropriate, before using or sharing Output from the Services. It is imperative that users do not use any Output relating to a person for any purpose that could have a legal or material impact on that person, such as making credit, educational, employment, housing, insurance, legal, medical, or other important decisions about them. The Services may provide incomplete, incorrect, or offensive Output that does not represent Melelem's views. If Output references any third-party products or services, it does not imply that the third party endorses or is affiliated with Melelem.
4. To purchase products or sign up for the Services, you must register for an account (an "Account"). You must provide accurate and complete information and keep your Account information updated. You shall not: (i) select or use as a username a name of another person with the intent to impersonate that person; (ii) use as a username a name subject to any rights of a person other than you without appropriate authorization; (iii) use your username and password for any unauthorized purpose; or (iv) use as a username a name that is otherwise offensive, vulgar or obscene. You are solely responsible for the activity that occurs on your Account, and for keeping your Account password secure. You may never use another person's user account or registration information for the Services without permission. You must notify us immediately of any change in your eligibility to use the Services (including, but not limited to, any changes to or revocation of any licenses from state authorities), breach of security or unauthorized use of your Account. You should never publish, distribute or post login information for your Account. You have the ability to delete your Account, either directly or through a request made to one of our employees or affiliates.
5. You acknowledge and agree that if you create an Account with a corporate email address (e.g. an email address owned by an organization such as your employer), that Account may be added to such company's business account. Melelem shall provide such notice to you regarding such addition, and you shall aid in the transfer of your Account. You agree and acknowledge that as a business account, the account administrator will have access and control of your Account, including, but not limited to, your Inputs and Outputs or your ability to access your Account.
6. Certain of the Services may be subject to additional terms and conditions specified by us from time to time; your use of such Services is subject to those additional terms and conditions, which are incorporated into these Terms of Service by this reference.
7. These Terms of Service apply to all users of the Services, including, without limitation, registered and unregistered users. We have a Privacy Policy that you should refer to in order to fully understand how we collect and use your information. The Privacy Policy is hereby incorporated by reference into these Terms of Service.
8. Certain of our Services, including the purchase of any products or subscriptions offered by us, may be subject to payments now or in the future (the "Paid Services"), which in certain cases may include recurring, automatically renewing payment obligations (as further described in the "AUTO-RENEWALS AND RECURRING BILLING FOR SHEET PLANS AND OTHER SUBSCRIPTION SERVICES" section below). Please see our Pricing Page for a description of the current Paid Services, cancellation and refund policies. Please note that any payment terms presented to you in the process of using or signing up for a Paid Service are deemed part of these Terms of Service.
